Baise, also known as Bose, is a prefecture-level city located in the westernmost region of Guangxi, China. The city serves as a border point with Vietnam and shares boundaries with the neighboring provinces of Guizhou and Yunnan.
As of the end of 2024, Baise had a registered population of 4,214,900 people. Of the 3,464,700 residents living in the city, approximately 1,636,000 are urban residents, representing 47.22% of the total resident population.
