Qüxü, also known by the names Chushur or Chusul, is a town and township located in the Tibet Autonomous Region of China. It serves as the capital of Qüxü County within the Lhasa Prefecture. The settlement is situated approximately 48 kilometers (30 mi) southwest of Lhasa and is accessible via a direct road connection.
Geographically, the town lies along a river that eventually joins the Yarlung Tsangpo river. Notable landmarks in the area include a prison which held incarcerated individuals such as Dolma Kyab as of 2009. Additionally, Lhasa Gonggar Airport is located to the southeast of the town.
