Pagri, also known as Phari, is a town located in Yadong County within the Tibet Autonomous Region of China. Situated at the head of the Chumbi Valley, it is recognized as one of the highest towns in the world, reaching an elevation of approximately 4,300 meters (14,100 feet) above sea level.
The town is positioned near the border with Bhutan, which can be accessed via a secret road or trail known as Tremo La, connecting to Tsento Gewog in Bhutan. As of 2004, Pagri had a recorded population of 2,121 residents.
