Pagnag, also known as Pana or Anduo, is a town and the seat of Amdo County located in the Nagqu Prefecture of the Tibet Autonomous Region in China. It is situated approximately 464 kilometres north of Lhasa and 138 kilometres north of Nagqu. The area serves as a point on the Qinghai-Tibet Highway, positioned on the southern side of the Dangla Mountains.
The town is characterized by its Chinese-style architecture and its location along major transit routes; buses traveling from Golmud to Lhasa have historically used the area for overnight stays. The road at this location leads west toward the Changthang Plateau and the Mt. Kailash area. Geologically, the region features blueschist outcrops.
The principal economic activity in the area is animal husbandry, specifically the pastoral raising of yaks, goats, and sheep. As of 2004, the jurisdiction had a population of about 2,700 people, with 683 residents living within the town of Pana itself. Local villagers have also organized committees to monitor the Qinghai-Tibet Railway.
