Lhünzhub County, also known as Linzhou County, is a county located in the Lhasa region of Tibet, China. It is situated to the northeast of the main center of Chengguan and covers a total area of 4,512 km² (1,742 sq mi).
As of the year 2000, the county had a population of 50,895 people, with the vast majority classified as rural residents. The geography of the region varies significantly; the southern portion features the Pengbo River Valley, which contains fertile arable land, while the northern portion is characterized by colder, mountainous terrain primarily used for grazing.
The county is home to numerous monasteries, most notably the Reting Monastery. These religious sites are significant cultural and architectural landmarks within the local landscape.
