Shuimogou District, also known as Bulaqtagh District, is one of the seven urban districts of Ürümqi. It serves as a constituent part of the prefecture-level city that functions as the capital of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in Northwest China.
The district covers a total area of 91 square kilometers (35 square miles). Based on data from the 2002 census, Shuimogou District has a population of approximately 150,000 residents.
