Hoxtolgay, also known as Heshituoluogai, is a town located in the Hoboksar Mongol Autonomous County within the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China. It is situated at coordinates 46°34′N 85°58′E, approximately 200 miles north of Ürümqi in the Dzungaria Basin.
The town serves as an oasis settlement covering a total area of 6,684 km². It has a population of approximately 22,000 residents.
