Xiapu is a county located within the municipal region of Ningde in Fujian Province, People's Republic of China. It is situated along a stretch of the East China Sea coast and is characterized by its numerous harbors and islands.
The county is bordered by Fuding City and Zherong County to the north, while Fu'an City and the urban area of Ningde lie to the west. To the south, Xiapu shares borders with Luoyuan County, Fuzhou, and the Matsu Islands of Lienchiang County in the Republic of China (Taiwan).
