Jiangsu Shagang Group Company Limited, also known as Shagang Group or Shasteel, is a major industrial enterprise located in Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu Province, China. The company operates within an Economic Development Zone situated along the Yangtze River.
The organization specializes in the production and sale of "Shagang" brand steel products. According to a 2008 survey by the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce (ACFIC), it was identified as the largest privately owned company in China at that time.
