Bianhe

China

Bianhe is a city located in China. It is associated with the Bian River, also known as the Bian Shui, which was an ancient waterway partly situated within the borders of Kaifeng City in Henan Province.

The river has historical significance in Chinese literature and art. The Tang dynasty poet Pi Rixiu wrote about it in his work Treasured Memories of the Bian River. Additionally, the river is featured in Zhang Zeduan's famous painting Along the River During the Qingming Festival, which depicts it running through Kaifeng.
