Zhuzhou

Zhuzhou is a prefecture-level city located in the Hunan Province of China. Formerly known as Jianning, the city straddles the Xiang River southeast of the provincial capital, Changsha, and borders Jiangxi province to the east.

The city covers an area of 11,420 km² (4,410 sq mi) and maintains jurisdiction over five counties and four districts. It is a key component of the Greater Changsha Metropolitan Region, which is also referred to as the Changzhutan Golden Triangle.
