Huangcai Town is a rural town located in Ningxiang City, Hunan Province, China. It covers an area of 220 square kilometres and had a recorded population of 55,412 as of the 2000 census.
The town is bordered by several surrounding areas: Xiangzikou Town, Shatian Township, and Weishan Township to the west; Songmutang Town to the north; Hengshi Town to the east; and Laoliangcang Town and Liushahe Town to the south. The region is notable for its historical significance regarding the bronze culture of the Shang culture at Laoliangcang Town.
