Doumuhu is a subdistrict located in the Dingcheng District of Changde Prefecture-level City in Hunan Province, China. The area was established following the reorganization of the former Doumuhu Town in 2013.
The subdistrict covers a total land area of 41.6 km² (16.1 sq mi) and has a resident population of approximately 41,300 people.
