Changpu is a town located in the southeastern part of Suining County in Hunan Province, China. Established in 1954, it serves as the county seat for Suining County.
The town covers an area of approximately 12.6 square kilometers (4.9 square miles) and has a population of 44,265 residents. Its jurisdiction includes two villages and six communities.
