Bairuopu is a town located in the Wangcheng district of Changsha, Hunan Province, China. It is situated in the southwestern portion of the district and covers a total area of 106 km² (41 sq mi). The administrative center of the town is located at Wulidui.
The town is bordered by several surrounding areas, including Jinzhou town of Ningxiang and Wushan Subdistrict to the north, Leifeng Subdistrict to the east, Yucangping and Lianhua towns to the south, and Xiaduopu town of Ningxiang to the west. As of March 2016, Bairuopu consists of 11 village-level divisions, comprising 10 villages and one residential community, with a total population of 42,466.
