Raoyang County is a county located in the southeastern region of Hebei Province, China. It falls under the administrative jurisdiction of the prefecture-level city of Hengshui.
The county covers a total area of 573 km2 (221 sq mi) and was recorded as having a population of 290,000 as of 2004. It is served by the G45 Daqing–Guangzhou Expressway.
