Qinhuangdao

Qinhuangdao is a port city located on the coast of northern Hebei province in China. It is situated on the Bohai Sea, which serves as the innermost gulf of the Yellow Sea, and lies approximately 300 km (190 mi) east of Beijing.

Administratively classified as a prefecture-level city, Qinhuangdao consists of four urban districts. According to data from the 2024 year-end census, the total resident population was 3,111,400, with 2,078,120 residents living within the urban areas.
