Huolu, also known as Huailu, is a town located in the eastern foothills of the Taihang Mountains in southwestern Hebei province, China. It serves as the administrative seat of the Luquan District within Shijiazhuang.
As of 2011, the town's administration encompasses 12 residential communities and 27 villages.
