Hengshui

Hengshui is a prefecture-level city located in southern Hebei province, China. It shares borders with Shandong province to the southeast and is surrounded by the cities of Shijiazhuang to the west, Xingtai to the south, and Baoding and Cangzhou to the north.

As of late 2024, the city has a resident population of approximately 4.13 million people, with an urbanization rate of 58.17%. The built-up area of the Taocheng urban district houses roughly 805,000 inhabitants. The city is situated on the Beijing–Kowloon railway.
