Hejian is a county-level city located in the east-central region of Hebei province, China. It operates under the administration of the prefecture-level city of Cangzhou.
The city covers a territory of approximately 1,333 square kilometers (515 square miles) and had a population of about 795,198 inhabitants as of 2020. It is situated along China National Highway 106.
