Haixing County is a county located in southeastern Hebei province, China. It borders Shandong province to its southeast and is administered by Cangzhou City.
As of 2020, the county had a population of 189,273 residing within an area of 836 square kilometers (323 square miles). The region is served by two major transportation routes: the G18 Rongcheng–Wuhai Expressway and the G25 Changchun–Shenzhen Expressway.
