Guantao County is a county located in southern Hebei province, China. It falls under the administration of Handan City and covers a total area of 456 km2 (176 sq mi). The region has a population of approximately 320,000 residents.
The county borders Shandong's Guan County and Linqing to the east across the Wei Canal. It is situated roughly 75 km (47 mi) west of Handan, 160 km (99 mi) west of Jinan, and 420 km (260 mi) south of Beijing. The area was formerly part of Shandong Province.
Transportation to Guantao County is facilitated by the G22 Qingdao–Lanzhou Expressway as well as China National Highways 106 and 309.
