Fengnan District is a coastal district located in Tangshan, Hebei Province, China. It sits on the coast of the Bohai Sea and shares a western border with the city of Tianjin.
The district covers a total area of 1,305.19 square kilometres (503.94 mi2). As of 2012, it had a population of approximately 530,000 residents.
