Zhongmu County is a county located in the north-central region of Henan Province, South Central China. It falls under the administration of the prefecture-level city of Zhengzhou, which serves as the capital of Henan Province.
The county covers an area of 1,416.8 km² (547.0 sq mi) and has a population of approximately 680,000 residents. Geographically, it is positioned as the easternmost county-level division within the Zhengzhou administrative area.
