Tanghe County is a county located in the southwest region of Henan Province, China. It is administered by the prefecture-level city of Nanyang and shares a southern border with Hubei Province.
Historically known as Tangzhou, the area serves as a regional administrative division within the province. Its geographic position places it in the interior of central China, situated between the borders of Henan and its neighboring southern province.
