Songxian, also known as Song County, is a county located in the western part of Henan Province, China. It falls under the administration of the prefecture-level city of Luoyang and contains the southernmost point of Luoyang's administrative territory.
The area is historically significant as it served as the first capital of China during the Xia dynasty.
