Biyang County is a county located within Zhumadian city in the southern region of Henan province, People's Republic of China. It covers a total area of 2,682 km² (1,036 sq mi).
The county shares borders with several surrounding regions, including Queshan to the east, Tongbai to the north, Tanghe to the west, and Luohe to the north. To the northwest, it borders Sheqi and Nanyang. As of 2002, the population of Biyang County was recorded at 950,000.
