Fuqing is a county-level city located in the Fujian Province of China. It operates under the administrative jurisdiction of the prefecture-level city of Fuzhou.
The city is known by several romanizations, including Fu2-ch'ing1 (Wade–Giles), Hók-chiăng (Foochow Romanized), and Hokchia.
