Garang is a name with various meanings and associations primarily rooted in South Sudan rather than being a city in China. Among the Dinka people of South Sudan, it is a common name used by different communities. In the Bor Community or Twic East Community, the term refers to the God of women, while in Bahr el Ghazal, it can be defined as God and may refer specifically to Garang Abuk.
