Delingha, also known as Delhi, is a county-level city located in northern Qinghai province, China. It serves as the administrative seat of the Haixi Mongol and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. The city is situated approximately 200 km southeast of the Da Qaidam Administrative Region.
The geography of Delingha is divided into two primary sections by the Bayin River: Hedong and Hexi. While the city is primarily industrial, the Hexi region is characterized chiefly by its agricultural activities. Because the prefecture seat is located in the Hedong area, that section of the city is considered slightly more flourishing than Hexi.
