Yixing

Yixing is a county-level city located in the southern Jiangsu province of China. It is administered under the prefecture-level city of Wuxi and is situated within the Yangtze River Delta region. The city covers an area of approximately 1,996.6 square kilometres and has a registered hukou population of about 1,075,800 as of 2020.

The city is geographically characterized as a pene-exclave with Changzhou. It is most notably recognized for its traditional production of Yixing clay ware tea pots.
