Jiuhua

Mount Jiuhua is a significant Buddhist site and natural scenic spot located in Chizhou, Anhui Province, China. It is recognized as one of the four famous Buddhist mountains in the country and was among the first batch of national 5A level scenic spots. Additionally, it is designated as one of China's first batch of natural and cultural heritage sites.

The area serves as a primary component of Anhui Province's "two mountains and one lake" tourism development strategy. The planned scenic area covers 120 square kilometers, while the total protected area encompasses 174 square kilometers, which is composed of 11 distinct scenic spots.
