Jianchang is a county located in the southwest of Liaoning province, China. It serves as the largest division of Huludao City and covers an area of 3,195 square kilometres (1,234 sq mi). The region is characterized by mountainous terrain and is situated approximately 85 kilometres (53 mi) west of the city of Huludao.
As of 2020, the county had a population of 450,000. It is serviced by China National Highway 306 and is also traversed by the Weizhangzi–Tashan railway.
