Baqiao District is one of the 11 districts located within the prefecture-level city of Xi'an. It serves as part of the capital city of Shaanxi Province in Northwest China.
The district covers a total area of 332 square kilometres (128 mi2) and had a recorded population of 595,124 as of 2010. It is bordered by several other districts, including Gaoling to the north, Lintong to the northeast, Chang'an to the southeast, Yanta and Xincheng to the west, and Weiyang to the northwest.
