Yingtan

Yingtan is a prefecture-level city situated in the eastern region of Jiangxi province, People's Republic of China. The city borders Fujian province to the southeast and occupies a geographically significant position near the trisection of Jiangxi, Fujian, and Zhejiang provinces.

Due to its strategic location, Yingtan has served as an important site for centuries and remains a major rail transport hub today. It is widely recognized as the Capital of Copper, serving as the home to the Guixi Smelter and the company Jiangxi Copper.
