Luotian County is a county located in the northeastern part of Hubei Province, China. It falls under the administration of Huanggang City and covers a total area of 2,144 square kilometres (828 sq mi). As of 2020, the county had a population of approximately 500,000 residents.
The county is situated on the south side of the Dabie Mountains. The highest peak in this range, Tiantangzhai, is located in the northeastern portion of the county. Due to its geography, the area attracts thousands of tourists annually from across the province.
Notable tourist sites within the region include the Tiantangzhai National Forest Park and the Bodaofeng National Forest Park. Additionally, Sanlifan Hot Spring is recognized as one of the most popular destinations for visitors to the county.
