Jianchang is a county situated in the southwest region of Liaoning province, China. It serves as the largest division of Huludao City and covers a total area of 3,195 square kilometres (1,234 sq mi). The county is characterized by its mountainous terrain and is located approximately 85 kilometres (53 mi) west of the city of Huludao.
The region is accessible via China National Highway 306 and is serviced by the Weizhangzi–Tashan railway. As of 2020, Jianchang had a recorded population of 450,000 residents.
