Lishui is a prefecture-level city located in the southwestern region of Zhejiang province in the People's Republic of China. The city's name translates literally to "Beautiful Waters."
Geographically, Lishui shares borders with several surrounding regions, including Quzhou, Jinhua, and Taizhou to the north, Wenzhou to the southeast, and the province of Fujian to the southwest.
