Changtu County is a county located in the northeastern region of Liaoning province, China. It shares borders with Jilin province to its northeast and Inner Mongolia to its northwest.
The county falls under the administration of Tieling City, which is situated approximately 60 kilometres to the south-southwest. It is also located about 47 kilometres southwest of Siping in Jilin. The area is accessible via China National Highway 102 and the G1 Beijing–Harbin Expressway.
