Yintang was a Manchu prince of the Qing dynasty in China. He was born as Yuntang and served as the ninth son of the Kangxi Emperor.
During the power struggle for succession following his father's reign, Yintang acted as an ally to his eighth brother, Yunsi. This positioned him as a rival to their fourth brother, Yinzhen, who eventually succeeded the emperor and became known as the Yongzheng Emperor in 1722.
Following his ascension to the throne, the Yongzheng Emperor began purging his former rivals. In 1725, Yintang was stripped of his beizi title, banished from the Aisin Gioro clan, and imprisoned in Baoding, where he died under mysterious circumstances. He was later posthumously restored to the imperial clan in 1778 by the Qianlong Emperor.
