Yanjiao is a town located in central Hebei province, China. It falls under the administration of Sanhe City and is situated approximately 35.5 kilometers east of Tiananmen Square and 21 kilometers west of the urban area of Sanhe.
The town borders the Tongzhou District of Beijing to the west, separated by the Chaobai River. As of 2011, Yanjiao administered 55 villages with a total population of 250,000 people. Of this population, 147,000 are long-term residents while the remainder are migrants, and 97.9% of the inhabitants are of Han ethnicity.
