Mbalmayo

Mbalmayo is a town situated in the Centre Region of Cameroon. It serves as the capital of the Nyong-et-So'o Division and is located on the banks of the Nyong River, positioned between the cities of Ebolowa and Yaoundé.

The town functions as an agricultural centre for the region. According to 2012 census data, Mbalmayo had a population of 60,091 inhabitants.
