Uscana, also known as Hyscana, was an ancient settlement belonging to the Penestae, a tribe of the Illyrian people located in southern Illyria.
Archaeological and historical theories suggest that Uscana may be identified with Grazhdan Castle. This site is situated near modern-day Peshkopi in northern Albania.
