Huara

Chile

Huara is a town and commune located in the Tamarugal Province of Chile's Tarapacá Region. It is situated approximately 45 km (28 mi) northeast of the city of Iquique.

The village serves as an important transit point, as it is crossed by the Pan-American Highway. Additionally, Huara marks the crossing for the road leading to Oruro in Bolivia, which also provides access to notable landmarks such as the Atacama Giant site and Volcán Isluga National Park.
