Puerto Natales

Puerto Natales is a city located in Chilean Patagonia in the southernmost part of Chile. It serves as the capital of both the commune of Natales and the province of Última Esperanza, which is one of the four provinces within the Magallanes and Antartica Chilena Region. Notably, it is the only city situated within its province.

The city is positioned 247 km (153 mi) northwest of Punta Arenas. It functions as a significant transportation hub, serving as the final passenger port of call for the Navimag ferry traveling from Puerto Montt into the Señoret Channel. Additionally, it is the primary transit point for travelers visiting Torres del Paine National Park.
