Vavoua is a city located in west-central Ivory Coast. It serves as a commune and functions as the seat of the Vavoua Department within the Sassandra-Marahoué District of the Haut-Sassandra Region.
According to the 2021 census, the city has a population of 132,528. It is also designated as a sub-prefecture in its respective region.
