Tiapoum is a town located in the south-eastern region of Ivory Coast. It serves as a commune and the seat of the Tiapoum Department within the Sud-Comoé Region of the Comoé District.
The town is situated on the north shore of the Tano River, which functions as the international border between Ivory Coast and Ghana in this specific area. As of 2014, the population of the Tiapoum sub-prefecture was recorded at 25,072.
