Songon is a town and commune located in the southeastern region of Ivory Coast. It serves as a suburb of the major city of Abidjan, situated approximately 20 kilometres to the west of the city center.
Administratively, Songon is one of four sub-prefectures within the Abidjan Autonomous District. It functions as a key residential and administrative area within the metropolitan outskirts of the national capital.
