Duékoué is a city located in western Ivory Coast. It serves as a significant administrative center, functioning as a commune and the seat of the Guémon Region within the Montagnes District. Additionally, it is the seat of the Duékoué Department and its corresponding sub-prefecture.
According to the 2021 census, the population of the Duékoué sub-prefecture was recorded at 220,953 residents.
