Lenzburg is a town located in the central region of the Swiss canton of Aargau. It serves as the capital of the Lenzburg District and is situated within the Seetal valley, approximately 3 kilometres south of the Aare river.
Founded during the Middle Ages, the town has developed into an agglomeration alongside its neighboring municipalities of Niederlenz and Staufen.
